SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders are sent via Regular Post, unless the order is upgraded to Express Post. 

Free Regular Post Shipping is available for all Australia-wide orders over $99. Express Post is available for an additional $10 charge.

For orders under $99, a $10 Regular Post Shipping fee applies. Express Post is available for an additional $5 charge.

Please note, unfortunately Express Post is unavailable for PO Boxes so your order will be sent via Standard Post.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We will always attempt to ship your order within one business day of the order being placed. However during busy periods and sale events, please allow up to 3-5 business days.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 3 -7 business days for your order to be delivered via Regular Post. For Express Post, please allow 1 - 3 business day. There may be slight delays for deliveries to regional areas and PO Boxes.

 

COVID-19 DELAYS

Please note, due to Covid-19 there may be delays in your orders being delivered. Unfortunately these delays are out of our control and we appreciate your patience during these uncertain times. For further details on delays that may affect your order's delivery, please refer to the Australia Post website.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

All orders are shipped with an Authority to Leave – This gives the courier the right to leave your order somewhere safe on the premises if you are not home at time of delivery.

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Please note: any delivery addresses received incomplete on orders, will delay the dispatch and delivery time.

If you have entered the wrong address, please email us ASAP at hello@nakedweekend.com.au to see if they are able to change it before it is on it's way to you. If you have received a tracking number already, we recommend giving the courier a call and asking them to redirect it.
